Registration and Fees
LOC Registration for Regular Students
Regular students do not apply to CBSE themselves. Their school submits the List of Candidates (LOC) on CBSE’s portal. The LOC creates your board exam registration — so the details in it appear on your admit card and marksheet.

How LOC Submission Works (2026-27)
School data update: Schools first update their information on the OASIS and HPE portals.
LOC entry: The school enters each student’s name, parents’ names, date of birth, category and subjects.
Fee payment: The school pays the exam fee for all students in each fee slab; partial submission within a slab is not allowed.
Final submission: The LOC is uploaded with the principal’s Aadhaar-linked e-signature.
Data verification slip: After the last date, schools generate a verification slip for each student.
Correction window: Errors in names, date of birth or subjects can be corrected from 2 to 4 November 2026. After this, no correction is allowed.
