By accessing or using Eduspray's website (eduspray.in) and any associated services, mobile applications, or tools (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Eduspray Education Pvt. Ltd. Eduspray provides an educational consultancy platform that includes, but is not limited to: • Information and guidance on colleges, universities, and educational programmes in India and abroad. • Exam preparation resources, news, and updates. • College and course predictors and comparison tools. • Scholarship listings and loan advisory services. • Counselling sessions (online and offline). • Counselling at your doorstep services. All information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional academic or legal advice.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. • Maintain and promptly update your account information. • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. • Notify us immediately at support@eduspray.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Eduspray reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of Eduspray Education Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright laws and international treaties. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, sub-license, or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Eduspray.

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. • Post, upload, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes any third-party rights. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any system or network connected to the Platform. • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to collect data from the Platform without our express written permission. • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

The Platform and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Eduspray does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. College and exam data may change; always verify with the respective institution or official authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eduspray, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Eduspray's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid (if any) to Eduspray in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. Eduspray has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

Eduspray reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
