How to Apply for UCEED 2027

Candidates can follow the steps below to complete the application process.

Step 1: Visit the Official UCEED Website

Open the official UCEED 2027 website at https://www.uceed.iitb.ac.in/2027/.

Select the registration link to access the online application portal. Registration is mandatory for candidates wishing to appear for UCEED 2027.

Step 2: Create a Candidate Account

Create your login credentials using the details requested by the registration portal. Keep your registered email address and password secure because they will be required to access your application and future examination updates.

Step 3: Check the Eligibility Criteria

Before proceeding, verify the three eligibility conditions prescribed for UCEED 2027: age limit, number of attempts and qualifying examination requirements.

Candidates who do not fulfil all the required conditions may have their registration cancelled, even if the application fee has been paid.

Step 4: Fill in the Application Form

Enter your personal details, date of birth, category, qualifying examination information and other details requested in the form.

Provide accurate information and ensure that the category and qualifying examination details match your supporting documents. Changes to category information may not be accepted later.

Step 5: Upload the Required Documents

Upload the photograph, signature, proof of age, qualifying examination documents and applicable category certificates in the prescribed formats.

Check the official document requirements before uploading the files. Incorrect formats, unclear images or missing documents can make an application incomplete.

Step 6: Pay the Registration Fee

Pay the applicable UCEED 2027 registration fee using the payment options provided on the official portal. If registering after 31 October 2026, include the prescribed late fee.

Keep the payment confirmation for future reference. If a payment fails or the application status does not update, contact the UCEED-CEED office through the official support channels before attempting repeated payments.

Step 7: Review and Submit the Application

Review all details carefully before final submission. Verify your name, date of birth, category, examination information, photograph, signature and uploaded certificates.

Incomplete registration forms may be rejected. Candidates should ensure that every required section is completed and all documents have been uploaded successfully.

Step 8: Save the Confirmation Details

After successful submission and payment, retain the registration number and any application confirmation available through the portal. Use the same candidate account to access the admit card when it becomes available.

The UCEED 2027 admit card download window is scheduled to begin on 1 January 2027 at 1:00 PM.
